I have a set of Bar Mitts that I use. Simple on/off and easy to clean after a long slushy winter. I also have several different pairs of gloves that are thinner or thicker depending on the temperature fluctuations. Frozen fingers are never fun, so I carry hot packs in my frame bag for emergencies.
