This photo is taken at Beluga Lake in Homer Alaska! Beluga Lake is used as a float plane hub during the summer, mostly for sightseeing and bear viewing, but once it freezes over, it becomes a derby car ice race track and ice skating heaven…especially when the ice is glossy and perfect after a good windy storm!
